Essential Property Services, part of the Hendry Group of companies, have available numerous Insulation Auditor / Building Inspector positions to undertake inspections of roof insulation throughout Melbourne, Sydney and South East Queensland. Due to expansion of the project we requ ire several experienced Building Inspectors to further complement our team.
As part of the role you will be required to inspect roof insulation of residential properties and check quality of installation and ensure specifications are being adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in an inspection related role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional approach to customers at all times
- Previous building condition assessing experience (desirable)
- A trade background, preferably electrical/ carpentry (desirable)
- Police checks required
- Drivers licence required
This role is an ongoing contract basis, with an immediate start.
