Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator in Labour Jobs

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for a permanent position in Central Queensland.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining all aspects of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Requirements:

• MUST have Certificate III Water Industry Operations (Wastewater Treatment) or Certificate III Water Industry Operations (Water Treatment);
• Current C Class Drivers Licence;
• Demonstrated experience working within the sewage treatment and operational environment, with advanced knowledge of activated sludge systems;
• Demonstrated experience in laboratory testing and reporting;
• Awareness of quality assurance practices and environmental management practices; and
• Previous Local Government experience would be an advantage.
